Spiral Tubes & Spiral Cores
Absolute straightness, high strength, good concentric rolling characteristics, continuous dimensional trueness and perfect cut edges – these characteristics are the most important aspects in tubes from GIKO. We offer the right surface quality for every material to be wound. Ultra-modern automatic cutting machines guarantee precise cut edges free of burrs and dust. It goes without saying that inside web can also be printed however you like.
As with our spiral tubes, all types of processing is also possible with GIKO spiral cores. Clean cut edges are a characteristic feature of GIKO's special quality.
Standard Tube
The inside web can be made abrasion-resistant in grey, white or printed. In addition to testliners, PE and silicon coatings, GIKO also offers various special-purpose surfaces. |

Surface-finished Tube
A seamlessly smooth surface prevents impressions in the foil wound. The perfect geometry of this tube provides ideal conditions for the manufacture and further processing of highly sensitive foils and composite materials. |

Winding core
GIKO winding cores are extremely well known as carriers for adhesive tapes and labelling materials. Cut edges absolutely free of burrs and dust are a basic prerequisite for this. The inside web can be printed to provide advertising, and on the outside all the possibilities for standard tubes and surface finishing can be applied. |
